Apply for Finance Manager (Part-time, 0.4FTE)
Art Reach seeks a part-time Finance Manager to provide financial management support to the organisation, providing regular, accurate and detailed financial records to the senior leadership team including the Board of Trustees.
You will be part of an exciting and innovative organisation that aims to connect cultures through extraordinary art. Each year, Art Reach commissions bold, ambitious art and festivals that bring people together in public open spaces. It also works across the country to provide consultancy and cultural development services to businesses and agencies in the arts and heritage sector, helping them to raise funds to realise their projects and events that engage diverse audiences.
We are looking for a Finance Manager who has proven financial management and planning skills, knowledge of efficient and robust financial systems and excellent attention to detail. You will work with our team to provide reports and support to ensure budgets are reconciled and appropriately tracked. You will produce timely management accounts, submit VAT returns, manage monthly payroll processes (includes third party support) and petty cash, and will report on cashflow.
You will be joining a small and dedicated team of professionals committed to supporting the organisation deliver its vision and mission and working in ways that embody our values, in particular giving voice to those that are underrepresented and to ensuring inclusivity across all our work. The post is offered on a 0.4FTE basis although alternative employment terms (job share, freelance, part-time) will be considered, with terms adapted accordingly.
