Recruiting for Senior Producer (Maternity Cover)
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Senior Producer to join our team.
This maternity cover role will work closely with the Creative Director and support the development, delivery and production of our festivals, events and engagement programmes.
As an inclusive arts and cultural charity located in Leicester, Art Reach is dedicated to connecting cultures through extraordinary art. We do this by commissioning bold, ambitious art and festivals that bring people together. Now is an exciting time to join us with our next festival set to be delivered in October.
Previous experience of producing – particularly in outdoor contexts – is important, together with experience of developing and delivering participation and engagement programmes with communities, and in particular young people, in collaboration with our core and extended team.
The role demands an organised and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently and effectively with our team and partners.
If you are passionate about making a difference through art and culture, we hope you will apply. Join us in creating extraordinary art that celebrates diversity and brings communities together.
Salary: £30,000 per annum (Pro rata)
Working hours: 37.5 hours a week
This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave for up to 9 months, with the possibility of extension to 12 months.
